Hi Kengamman,

Sorry to hear that you have been having problems.Have you been asked to send in photo id. If not go to live help for the email address. I sent in a copy of credit card, utility bill and passport, which were all accepted. I have had no problems since sending in ID and my withdrawals are processed without any delays.

Well things actually got sorted after made the effort to send my ID in before they asked, else I could have seen it being some time.

I have to say I am very disappointed in some of the tactics on this site.

A: Poor communication
B: Cant withdraw unless winnings are more than £50
C: How withdrawals are not processed immediately, having the option to cancel your withdrawal at any time, is just giving only giving people the option to change their minds.When they may have an issue with gambling.
