Responsible Gambling

We want you to have a great experience when you join our site by playing games and chatting to friends. However we at Roger’s bingo take responsible gaming very seriously; one thing we don’t want anyone to experience is regret, the regret of not staying in control while gaming. You will enjoy your time at Rogers more if you keep in check the amount you wager and make sure you do not gamble more than you can afford.

To help YOU stay in control and play responsibly we can assist you in the following ways:

Self Exclude: If you would like to be self excluded from the Rogersbingo website you will be required to do so via your Account Management Tools section. Please log in and visit the Account Management Tools section by hovering over Account and visiting the Management Tools section, where you will find the tools to self exclude as well as additional details about management tools. The self exclusion will be implemented on your account as soon as you save the request, after which you will see a confirmation dialogue. If you would like to play on the website again you will be required to take a positive step and contact the Support team after your Self Exclude period is over and verify that you would like to reopen your account. The Support team will then reinstate your account after a period of 7 days following the end of the self-exclusion period. Permanent self exclusion can be implemented via your Account Management Tools section. Please log in and visit the Account Management Tools section, where you will find the tools to self exclude permanently as well as additional details about management tools. In the case you request your account to be permanently self-excluded in support of Responsible Gambling, your account may not be reopened.

The minimum Responsible Gambling Self-Exclusion period is 6 months up to 5 years. The Responsible Gambling Self-Exclusion period may be extended at any time for a further minimum period of 6 months.

In order to remove a Responsible Gambling Self-Exclusion after the Responsible Gambling Self-Exclusion period, positive steps must be taken. You must contact customer care by support ticket to arrange a phone call whereby a RogersBingo customer service agent will call you to confirm you request for the removal of the Responsible Gambling Self-Exclusion.  Once a Responsible Gambling Self-Exclusion has been requested to be removed, a 24 hour cooling off period is enforced, after which the account will be re-opened and accessible.

Time Out Facility:

We offer a ‘time out’ facility to customers for the following durations:

a. 24 hours

b. One week

c. One month or

d. Such other period as you may require up to a maximum of 6 weeks

Upon expiry of the time out period your account will be re-activated.

Set a deposit limit on your account: by setting a maximum amount that you can deposit in a day/week/month you will be able to control your deposits and keep them at a level that suits you. A deposit limit can be set or changed via your Account Management Tools section. Please log in and visit the Account Management Tools section by hovering over Account and visiting the Management Tools section, where you will find the tools to set a deposit limit, as well as additional details about management tools.

Wager/Stake/Betting Limits: RogersBingo offers daily, weekly, and monthly Wager Limits whereby your account will be limited from making wagers that exceed the limit that you choose. Once set, the Wager Limit can be decreased at any time by simply setting a new Wager Limit. To increase a Wager Limit, a mandatory 7 day cooling off period is imposed whereby your newly requested increased Wager Limit is saved immediately and effective 7 days following the request. To determine whether a new request is an increase or decrease, a month is considered to have 30 days and 30/7 weeks. RogersBingo also offers the ability to set a period for your Wager Limit. The period of your Wager Limit can be for any length of time that you choose. Once the Wager Limit period is over, the Wager Limit is no longer effective.

By setting a maximum amount that you can wager in a calendar day/week/month you will be able to control your playing and keep it at a level that suits you. The Wager Limit is for a calendar period. For example, if you have a daily limit, it is set for a calendar day. A wager limit can be set or changed via your Account Management Tools section. Please log in and visit the Account Management Tools section by hovering over Account and visiting the Management Tools section, where you will find the tools to set a wager limit, as well as additional details about management tools.

It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to open an account or to gamble. Rogers Bingo regards any infraction of this law very serious.
